Hi, I'm Wendy

I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, paralegal, author, entrepreneur, creator, and someone who has lived enough life to know that very little goes exactly as planned — and that’s not always a bad thing. I’ve spent the better part of three decades working in the legal field, primarily in personal injury, family and estate law, where I learned quickly that details matter, deadlines matter, and organization is not optional. Somewhere along the way, that turned into a genuine love for systems, structure, and creating tools that actually make life easier — not just in the office, but in everyday life.

But my story isn’t just about work — it’s about family.

My husband Mike and I have been married for many years, and like any real marriage, we’ve had our share of ups and downs. What I can say with confidence is that we are stronger now than we’ve ever been, and that strength was built through the hard seasons, not in spite of them. Together, we spent nearly two decades as foster parents, welcoming dozens of children into our home, and ultimately adopting two. One of them, Kendrick, we lost years ago — a loss that never fully leaves you, but one that deepened our perspective on what truly matters. The other is Tyler, who has Down Syndrome and brings a kind of joy, humor, and perspective that keeps all of us grounded in what really matters.

I’m also the mom behind a very full, very real family life.

My children are grown now, but that role never really ends — it just changes. I’m happiest when I’m with my family, whether that’s around the table, out in nature, or working side-by-side on one of our many projects. I’m not someone who separates “life” from “work” very well, and honestly, I don’t want to. The goal has never been to build a business at the expense of my life — it’s been to build a life where everything works together, even if it’s a little messy sometimes (and it usually is).

Over the years, I’ve built multiple paths — some out of necessity, some out of curiosity, and some completely by accident.

My health journey is one of those. After years of trying everything under the sun to lose weight, I found something that finally worked — and it didn’t just change my health, it changed my confidence, my energy, and my direction. What started as a personal decision turned into a business that created residual income and opportunities I never expected. It also taught me a powerful lesson: the work you put in today can continue to work for you long after, if you build it the right way.

More recently, I’ve stepped fully into creating and building with intention.

Writing, for me, is not new — it’s something I’ve done since I was a kid. Over time, that habit turned into something deeper. Writing has become one of the most meaningful outlets in my life, and I finally gave myself permission to pursue seriously. Today, I write books and workbooks, build systems and templates, create products with my family, and am part of growing a publishing company with my husband. I am hands-on with what I create — what you see here is not outsourced, mass-produced, or disconnected… it is built, shaped, and refined by me, not something handed off and forgotten.

This website is where all of those pieces come together.

It’s not just a collection of businesses or projects — it’s a place to get to know me, the work I’m building, and the intention behind it. You’ll find my books, my businesses, the tools I’ve created, and the different paths I’ve taken along the way. If you reach out, you’ll hear back from me — I read and respond to every message personally. I’m not a brand run by a team behind the scenes. I’m a real person, building something meaningful, staying grounded in faith, family, and purpose, and showing up every day with the belief that mindset matters, growth is ongoing, and the life you’re building is worth the effort.
